Refunds

• 14-day refund window. If you upgrade and want a refund within 14 days of the charge — for any reason — email hello@glp1calculator.com and we'll refund you in full.
• After 14 days, charges are non-refundable. You can still cancel any time and keep ad-free access through the end of your current paid period.
• Annual plans follow the same 14-day window from the date of charge.
• Renewals are not eligible for the 14-day window — only the initial charge. We'll email you 7 days before any renewal so you can cancel in time if you want to.

Cancellation

• Cancel any time via your account → Manage subscription (opens the Stripe Customer Portal).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — there's no immediate cutoff.
• You retain ad-free access until that date.
• You can re-subscribe at any time after cancelling.

Failed payments

• If a renewal payment fails, Stripe automatically retries over a few days.
• If retries continue to fail, your subscription pauses and ads return.
• You can update your card any time via Manage subscription.
• Once payment succeeds, ads disappear again immediately.

Disputes

If something looks wrong with a charge, email us first at hello@glp1calculator.com — we resolve most issues within 24 hours and it avoids the friction of a formal dispute. We're a small team and we'd rather just fix it.

No physical goods

GLP1Calculator Pro is a digital subscription only. We do not sell physical products. If you came here looking for a return policy on something physical, you're on the wrong site.
