Getting Started
- Select Your Medication
Choose between Semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) or Tirzepatide (Mounjaro)
- Enter Your Doses
Add each dose by:
- Entering the dose amount in mg
- Selecting the date and time of administration
- Clicking "Add Dose" to record it
Understanding the Graph
- The line graph shows estimated medication levels in your system over time
- Each dot represents a recorded dose
- The y-axis shows concentration levels
- The x-axis shows time
- Use your mouse wheel or pinch gestures to zoom in/out
- Click "Reset View" to return to the default view
Managing Your Dose History
- View all recorded doses in the "Dose History" section below the graph
- Each entry shows:
- Dose amount
- Date and time taken
- Medication type
- Remove doses by clicking the delete button (trash icon)
- Navigate through your history using the pagination controls
Best Practices
- Record doses immediately after taking them for accurate tracking
- Use consistent units (mg) when entering doses
- Review your history regularly to ensure you're staying on schedule
- Consider taking screenshots of your graph for medical appointments
